DMG distributor training — narration transcript 1. Welcome and your DMG resources Welcome to D M G distributor training. We’ll cover your distributor dashboard, the VA facility workflow, and the products you’ve chosen to carry: Pain Shield and Ultra Beam. Use the chapter bar to return to a topic. Complete each assigned product section; each device has different instructions. Your primary workspace is D M G Business Management, the distributor dashboard. The Patient Contact Portal is for authorized patient contact and technical education. It uses a separate invitation from your distributor dashboard email. This program explains why Pain Shield and Ultra Beam belong in your portfolio: their patient benefits, practical differences and the D M G support behind them. You bring the relationships and experience; we provide the product resources and backend support. 2. Vendorization: contact Distributor Support Vendorization starts with one question to Prosthetics: Does your facility use the standard vendor form or a local version? Get the current form and send it to Distributor Support at distributor support at D M G dot health. We’ll complete it and return it within forty-eight hours. You then follow it through the facility: confirm where it goes, watch for missing communications, and track completion with Prosthetics and your supporting clinicians. Deliver the product capability statement to Prosthetics and clinicians so they have the information needed for the initial order. Facility appointments and badging are separate. D M G covers required access costs; let us know what you need to succeed. 3. Account milestones and next step D M G’s account-launch plan keeps the facility contact, required vendor form, next owner and follow-up date together. Within two weeks of territory launch, D M G’s target is to identify and complete the local vendorization route, define approval contacts, and schedule the next in-service. During days forty-five through sixty, D M G’s target is to advance in-services and identify three to five prospective patients with your clinical contacts. These are D M G launch milestones. 4. PainShield: product basics Pain Shield gives providers a wearable, gel-free ultrasound option for hands-free use at home, including overnight use following the prescribed routine. A surface acoustic wave patch, or transducer, connects to a driver operating at ninety-one kilohertz, plus or minus five kilohertz. The device alternates thirty-minute active and inactive periods, with up to six and a half hours of operation per charge. Single-button operation makes the routine simple for patients to follow. Wearable treatment, easy operation and home support from a dedicated D M G representative make Pain Shield a practical option for patients and providers. The next chapter covers the supporting outcomes. Distributor Support can help with model-specific questions and the current ordering configuration. 5. PainShield: evidence and patient feedback In the four-week trigeminal-neuralgia trial, the active Pain Shield group’s average pain score fell about fifty-five percent from baseline, versus about two percent in the inactive-device placebo group. Weekly breakthrough-medication use fell about forty-six percent from baseline in the Pain Shield group. These results support Pain Shield’s potential to help similar patients with trigeminal neuralgia. In anonymous feedback shared with D M G, patients described less pain, better sleep, easier shoulder or lower-back movement, and more time on their feet. One described less morning elbow pain and more time doing everyday work. Another reported continued use about a year later. 6. PainShield: ordering and support Coordinate the correct standard or local vendor form with Prosthetics and send it to Distributor Support. D M G completes the company paperwork; you return it and track completion. Deliver the Pain Shield capability statement and consult information to Prosthetics and the relevant clinicians. Include the correct product SKU, Delta Medical, L L C, and orders at D M G dot health. D M G handles order processing and all fulfillment. You handle clinician and patient questions and patient education. Equipment questions from Prosthetics go to D M G. 7. UltraBeam: product basics Ultra Beam brings wearable low-level LED light therapy into the home. Three light bands—450-nanometer blue, 650-nanometer red and 950-nanometer near-infrared—deliver light energy through body-specific wraps. Red light reaches tissue beneath the skin surface, while near-infrared light reaches deeper tissue. Ultra Beam offers pulsed and continuous modes. The five wraps provide 21.78 to 31.65 milliwatts per square centimeter of total light output. Across a 10-minute course, that supplies about 13.07 to 18.99 joules per square centimeter. Shoulder, cervical, back, knee, and hand-and-wrist wraps combine treatment-area coverage with a short, hands-free home routine. 8. UltraBeam: instructions and safety Charge fully for two to four hours. Secure the pad directly on the skin, then press and release the power button. The ten-minute course ends automatically with a beep. Press and hold the button to turn it off manually. There are no additional user settings or adjustments. Use ten-minute courses, maximum three treatments per treatment area per day, with at least two hours between sessions. Multiple areas may be used when applicable. Use only the supplied power adapter. Turn off and unplug before cleaning. Use a soft damp cloth and allow the pad to dry completely before use. Before patient education, complete the separate Ultra Beam safety checkpoint in your resources. 9. UltraBeam: evidence and provider discussion Light therapy uses light absorbed by tissue to stimulate cellular responses. Research explores its effects on circulation, inflammation and tissue repair, with wavelength, intensity and exposure time determining the delivered energy. These studies used other devices. Ultra Beam combines three wavelengths, defined light output and wearable coverage. Its benefits include temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain, stiffness and muscle spasms, muscle relaxation, and a temporary increase in local circulation. That combination gives your portfolio a practical home light-therapy option backed by D M G. 10. UltraBeam: account workflow Coordinate the correct standard or local vendor form with Prosthetics and send it to Distributor Support. D M G completes the company paperwork; you return it and track completion. Deliver the Ultra Beam capability statement and consult information to Prosthetics and the relevant clinicians. Include the correct product SKU, Delta Medical, L L C, and orders at D M G dot health. D M G handles order processing and all fulfillment. You handle clinician and patient questions and patient education. Equipment questions from Prosthetics go to D M G. 11.
